Total Engineering Solutions is a spin-off of the Institute of Production Engineering and Machine Tools of the Leibniz Universität Hannover (Germany).

The owner, Pawel Kowalski, studied mechanical engineering and computer science at the Warsaw University of Technology (Poland) and Leibniz Universität Hannover. Until the beginning of 2008 he was research engineer at the Institute of Production Engineering and Machine Tools (IFW) in the Production Management Division.

Through numerous implementations and the supervision of national and international projects, especially with participation of industrial partners, he was able to accumulate know-how as well as to extend his skills and competences in the field of CAx software systems.
